Buyer personas are the best way to really get to know who your target market is and what they want, which makes it easier for you to put together ABM campaigns and targeted content. But, how do you even begin to come up with a buyer persona? Start by interviewing and surveying your clients, employees, and prospects. Make sure to ask them questions about their demographics, goals, and pain points, and get a real sense of their lifestyle. And, don’t forget to always follow up with asking the “why”.
